Such an amazing stay! Our hosts were so responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We have a small child and their home had tons of toys and books for the kids. As well as a pack and play and high chair if need be. It was such a beautiful clean home. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you have kids. 5 stars!! We will definitely be returning to The Hoodoo Hideout!!

Wow, we sure enjoyed this space on the Saturday leading up to Canada Day! It’s a mix of modern comforts with the charm of a grandparent’s welcoming home. Access is easy, the linens are fresh, the home is spotless and it has everything you’d need to have a delightful family stay. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood a block from a playground and the comfortable front patio was a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and listen to the beautiful old weeping willow next door rustle in the wind while our son took a nap. The king bed—where we slept—was very comfortable, A/C worked great and there are a variety of board games. Perfect for families! The listing is very accurate. Meagan was also very responsive and cheerful. We’d gladly stay again. Thank you for a great stopover!

I cannot stress enough how much this place is worth it. Beautiful and cozy. We were very impressed with our hosts and their response times. They were friendly and went the extra mile to offer us information about the area too. The house is a gorgeous little 50’s home that is well taken care of. Every member of my family was excited to stay here and felt very comfortable. The street was quiet too and I would have loved to spend some time in the front yard but it was wet from a few rainy days. Maybe next time! This will 100% be my go-to whenever we come back into the area.

Megan is a very good host and made sure we knew everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place is easy to find and you can walk or drive anywhere you need to go in town. It’s clean and cozy + you get great communication with the host to help with anything, what’s not to love with that? I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking in Drumheller for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

This was our third stay at the Hoodoo Hideout. There is a good reason why we keep coming back! The kids love this home with all the toys and stuffed dinosaurs and would ask to go back to play. The location is quiet and comfortable with everything you need. The host was gracious at our return visit and provided a welcome basket. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We were thrilled with our stay at the Hoodhoo House! The communication with Jesse leading up to the trip was great, and we had zero issues with our check in. The space was incredibly tidy, comfortable, and quiet. A TV in every bedroom was a nice bonus, and having a fully fenced in front yard for our dog was a big plus as well.
The beds were very comfy, and there were so many great toys – it was nice that I didn’t have to pack toys for my kid and he had a blast playing with them all.
The house is south facing so we loved the warm afternoon sun shining in (especially since it’s been -20 to -40 during our stay). It’s close to the museum, downtown, the Worlds Largest Dinosaur, and more.
The house has everything you need, from coffee/tea, shampoo and conditioner, even a paw towel and poop bags for furry friends. You can tell the owners are thoughtful and want their guests to have everything they’ll need for their stay. All of the dinosaur art and decor was appreciated too!
